Ingredients
10 ml (2 tsp.) Ground chia seeds
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Cold water
375 ml (1 ½ cups) whole wheat flour
80 ml (1/3 cup) sugar
125 ml (½ cup) applesauce
125 ml (½ cup) soy beverage, no added sugar
80 ml (1/3 cup) canola oil
175 ml (¾ cup) of RÉMIS dehydrated organic apples
10 ml (2 tsp.) Baking powder
2 ml cinnamon
1 ml of ground ginger
1 ml of nutmeg
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 ° F
In a small container, combine the ground chia seeds and water. Mix well, set aside.
In a large bowl, place the rest of the ingredients. Then add the thickened chia mixture. Mix gently.
Divide into a muffin tin, 10 normal size muffins.
Bake for 20 minutes.
