When we say that the REMIS are organic certified, what does that mean?

To be able to put “organic” on our products and our ads, any business must be certified by an accredited organization. This is done by Quebec Vrai who has the mandate to ensure that our company has a full traceability of all purchased throughout the entire chain of command, by auditing our fabrication facility annually. These audits oblige us to maintain a complete traceability system within our food & administrative spheres, to demonstrate that all our providers (fruits, vegetables and grains) also have an organic certification. Lets remember that the basis of organic culture is the absence of chemical pesticides or organically modified elements. The fertilization must be done through the use of manure, green fertilizers or other organic methods.
